She embarked upon her career in the music industry interning and working at various labels such as WEA, Columbia Records, LaFace and Virgin Records. Eventually, she transitioned over to the sports industry to work with several A-list NFL players where she utilized her resources and experiences to enhance their visibility on and off the field. Due to dedication and hard work, K'ia has become equally successful in Event Planning and Talent Booking, most recently, working as a Talent Producer at the NFL Network.
