Health First ClubSM where concerned parents, grandparents, health care-givers to children, and teachers can learn the latest in healthy eating, physical activity, and games through

approved nutrition and activity guidance. In keeping with the

Chairperson Dr. Mullaly's parental health philosophy of
"The greatest gift a parent can bestow on their child is the knowledge of healthy nutrition and proper physical activity. It's a gift that lasts a lifetime",

seeks to reach out to all concerned parents, grandparents, teachers, professional care-givers of children, etc. to become members
of this exciting new health education Club for children.
If you are a concerned and interested adult as cited above and would like to become a member of this unique kids health
Club please complete the requested information below. In addition,

shall forward to all new Club members: 1). the monthly
®
Healthcare Newsletter* (giving unbiased healthy nutritional and physical activity product purchase tips, and suggestions; meal preparation ideas; membership product exclusives; membership ID card; and the latest childhood obesity research information); and 2).
"Henry the Healthy Shark"® and "Alisha the Active Shark"® refrigerator nutritional health reminder magnets*/**.

The magnets cited above will be available upon completing all the necessary information beyond the email address and first name. "Henry the Healthy Shark®", "Alisha the Active Shark®" refrigerator nutritional health reminder magnets will be available and forwarded to all new Club members upon reaching N.C.O.F.® future funding objectives as cited in the Foundation Overview.
